Specialized «Meeting industry» section of MITT/Tourism and Travel exhibition
21st Moscow International exhibition MITT/Travel and Tourism will take place on March
MITT is the largest international exhibition in Russia that has duly gained wide recognition in the travel community. Its organizer is ITE Group of companies, the leader of the exhibition segment in Russia.
This year MITT/Travel and Tourism will include a new section — «Meeting industry, professional organization of business events». The Russian Association of Business Travel is the strategic partner of the project.
Introduction of the specialized Meeting Industry section at MITT/Travel and Tourism is an important event for all business community experts. So the Russian Association of Business Travel has decided to support this initiative by playing the role of a strategic partner. We are sure that Meeting Industry section is a perfect opportunity for corporate buyers to meet MICE experts, and, as the result, to arrange unique events for their clients and employees. In Russia the business travel and meeting markets are under development, so close attention on the part of all travel market players will let bring the business travel industry to a completely different level", Julia Kutina, ABT executive director notes.
Besides, ABT experts will take part in the Russian forum of the meeting industry. This event is usually aimed at promoting congress services as well as at increasing the level of theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of event organization. Russian and foreign experts will discuss all the key issues, starting from the basics of event organization to creative approaches to fund raising and return of investment.
Every year MITT is visited by more than 3500 corporate buyers representing companies and associations of various branches of industry from the most regions of Russia. Invitations to visit the section will also be sent to designated employees of corporate buyers — customers and visitors of 118 ITE group exhibitions in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Ekaterinburg and Krasnodar. They amounted to 23200 participating companies and 830800 visitors in 2012 financial year. Due to the new specialized section at MITT-2014 corporate buyers will have an opportunity to meet experts in arrangement of the following events:
- presentations, round tables, seminars;
- conferences, congresses;
- business trips/work travel;
- incentive programs;
- event trips;
- team-building programs;
- corporate parties and private events.
As well as with:
- hotels and hotel chains;
- venues for corporate events;
- transportation companies;
- manufacturers of special equipment and producers of software for event organization and establishment.
