MICE Geography series: South Africa, Mauritius and Maldives are next

The Russian Association of Business Travel continues its series of «MICE Geography» educational sessions. The third seminar that will take place on May 28th, 2014 in Renaissance Moscow Monarch Centre from 19 to 22 o’clock will be devoted to South Africa, Mauritius and the Maldives.

Exotic MICE destinations include not only the South African Republic, but also other countries of the region — Zambia and Botswana. As for Mauritius and the Maldives, these island states have gained the reputation of paradise-like leisure destinations, and have become serious players in the MICE market as well.

Nowadays South Africa belongs to exclusive destinations, with the demand by corporate groups steadily growing. The region can offer a lot: great climate, modern cities, safari, luxurious hotels, places of interest that are familiar to everyone — Table Mountain, the Cape of Good Hope, Victoria Falls, Sun City resort and a lot of other things.

Despite its remoteness from the most important world centers, Mauritius’s facilities provide great opportunities for business travel and MICE. This tiny country, the size of which can be compared to that of Moscow after its recent enlargement, has made great progress in the field of luxury travel.

The Maldives are ideally suited for small incentive groups, when the aim is to arrange unforgettable leisure for the staff or partners in the most beautiful place of the world.

Experts will present their reports on South Africa, Mauritius and the Maldives as MICE-destinations and provide the participants with more detailed information on these countries and regions. Participation in the session is free of charge for corporate buyers of business travel and MICE services. The event schedule includes a lottery with prizes, provided by partners.

At the end of the session all the participants will be given «MICE expert» certificates.
