The value of travel policy – The Polish experience Whilst policy may have underpinned managed programmes for several decades, the plethora of technology and channels available to travel managers, travel bookers and a more diverse demographic of travellers, has changed significantly. So as we continue to evolve the way we source and manage travel, the purpose of policy subtly shifts from a static, policing mechanism to a more strategic instrument through which to drive behavioral change, reduce cost and unlock value.
