In his words, the should be held on the annual basis, because facilitates Georgia`s promotion as a MICE hub at the international level.
IMG Show Caucasus Chapter has a positive effect not only on the public image of the region, but also on the exhibitors` business activities, as it has become a venue where you can directly communicate with your target audience in a comfortable job atmosphere. "Just imagine that I have only a business card and I am sending someone a letter. The chance that it will be read, is small. A completely different matter is a personal contact and the emotions you experienced during the acquaintance. And this is the main feature of business meetings held at IMG Show", Byulbyul Alieva, marketing manager of Calypso Travel & Event, shares her impressions and recommends the exhibitors to be as much organized and concentrated as possible in order to fit your self-presentation into the time schedule, which increases the efficiency of your company`s participation in IMG Show.
IMG Show Caucasus Chapter has brought new experience to the organizers themselves, because it was the first IMG Show held by ABT-ACTE Russia abroad. The representatives of the company also emphasized the importance of a personal contact between the exhibitors and Hosted Buyers. "No matter how perfect communication technologies are, nothing will replace a personal contact. It is most noticeable on the example of hospitable Georgia where personal contacts and trust play a very important role in communication", is the opinion of Julia Selivanova, head of educational projects of ABT-ACTE Russia.
