Best Western Plus Vega Hotel & Convention Center is the first to pass the new ACTE-BCHA accreditation procedure

Best Western Plus Vega Hotel & Convention Center has been the first facility accredited under the renewed ACTE-BCHA 2016 (Business & Conference Hotels Accreditation Program). Its aim is to help corporate buyers choose the most appropriate accommodation facility. Compliance to the standards on the territory of Russia is verified by ABT-ACTE Russia.

The project included revisions and updates to the single standards of business hotel assessment procedure according to 450 criteria. The facility meeting these criteria can guarantee comfort and safety to business travellers, especially during their trips to developing and unstable regions, ACTE-BCHA experts note.

By the beginning of 2015 about 200 hotel chains (Hilton, IHG, Marriott, Radisson) and independent hotels in Russia, Belorussia and the Ukraine took part in the program. Starting from March 2015 accreditation has been carried out on the international scale.

“Successful completion of the attestation procedure means a lot to us, and in the first place – increased focus on the corporate segment and improvement in service quality, since in the conditions of fierce competition any detail can be critical. Besides, after we have received the badge our employees bear extra responsibility, they have additional motivation”, is the opinion of Konstantin Feliksov, revenue and distribution director of Best Western Plus Vega Hotel & Convention Center.
